Entrepreneurs on Merar register, receive e-mail alerts and newsletters, and publish investment projects absolutely FREE of charge.
We are only charging investors and entrepreneurs if they want to establish contact with particular project or offer owners. Connections can be purchased one by one or in a package as follows:

An entrepreneur/investor will be charged a connection fee only if they are the party initiating the contact. If the other party has initiated the contact, they are not asked for any payments.
Once the contact is established, all further communication between the parties is completely FREE of charge.
Advisers
Advisers register on Merar for FREE.
They subscribe for getting access to all projects and offers from particular territories against a fee the amount of which depends on the territories chosen. Within the subscriptions advisers communicate with offer and project owner from the respective territories at no additional costs.
Advisers may also contact owners of investment projects and offers beyond their subscription, where the same terms as those for entrepreneurs/investors apply.
