It has experienced strong growth in recent years through successful market penetration and differentiation strategies based on unique and effective modular design, quality of materials and imported product, quick response, customer service and rapid turnaround. The products are highly regarded for their quality, reliability and long service life in harsh working conditions.
Exceptional growth has enabled the Company to open a self-run factory in China where the product can be manufactured at a lower labor cost, allowing for its product to be more cost-effective than its competitors.
The Vendors are looking for a strategy to pursue an outright sale or are willing to consider equity involvement, ongoing shareholding, active participation in the business and will consider all genuine offers (either full sale, partial sale, or an equity investment from private equity, private investment, and trade groups).
