Italian Restaurant to Open in Mogilev. Payback Period up to 3 Yrs

The purpose of the project is to open a restaurant with Italian cuisine in the city of Mogilev, eastern Belarus. Currently the foreign cuisine in this city of 350,000 is limited to Bulgarian, Georgian and Japanese restaurants, which creates a market opportunity. Payback period: 1.5-2 years if the building is rented, or up to 3 years if purchased.

The restaurant business is not well-developed in Mogilev, a city of 350,000 inhabitants. Restaurants in the city offer only three foreign types of cuisine: Bulgarian, Japanese and Georgian. This makes these restaurants very busy and creates a market opportunity for the launch of new restaurants with foreign cuisine.

Our project for an Italian restaurant will have a payback period of 1.5 – 2 years in case the premises are rented, and 2.5 – 3 years in case a building is purchased.
