Eucalyptus plantation. Investing in eucalyptus by-products

We are an expanding company investing in eucalyptus plantations in Greece and Zambia. After many years of research we have lease 400 ha in Greece for plantaton.

We are going to install a new 50 ha plantation in Greece, divided to 50 pieces of land for 50 new investors of 10.000 usd each.
For each stake of 5000 usd, our company offers :
1) Land 1ha , suitable for the plantation, already rented by company
2) 5000 seedlings planted
3) contract stable for 15 years with revenue stream 50% annualy
4)monitoring and guarding of the land

Full computerized nursury for eucalyptus propagation in Greece, knowhow after 9 years of research, we currently are expanding in eucalyptus plantations and exploiting eucalyptus byproducts

For each 0,5 ha (5000 usd), the investor will get the next revenues

3 year 5000 usd
4 year 5000 usd
5 year 5000 usd

At the end of the second year, and each year there is a stable revenue of 5000 usd, stable untill the 15 year and the end of the contract

High demand of our eucalyptus products, already preagreements for the sales of our byproducts in domestic market.
With the assets from investors, we are going to import specific seeds from our partners from australia, and prepare seedlings for each investor.
Currently we have installed 200 ha in Greece with the same method
