Located in Fábiánsebestyén, in Southern Hungary, the company is looking for a financial investor for the development of a 65MW geothermal fluid power plant.

Discovered in 1985, the geothermal resource is heavy and 198°C hot steam and water at a pressure of 700 bars at a depth of 3,800 to 4,000m.

GeoBlu Kft. (“GeoBlu”) is developing a power plant based on geothermal fluid resources for electricity generation and a related cascade system. The total installed capacity of the power plant will be 65 MW (in the first phase 49,9 MW)

The owners of GeoBlu are looking for a financial or strategic investor who would be interested to be involved in the implementation of the Project. The owners would be interested to either fully or partially transfer their business quotas to such investor or to obtain financing for the Project.

GeoBlu is a developing company based in Szeged, Hungary. It was founded in 2007 by GEOFLUIDUM Energetikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság and Oregon.
Investment Kft (a company with an Italian background). The latter company was purchased by TECHNOLOGY AND RESOURCES FOR THE PLANET (TOLO) on 16 June 2009. TOLO has interests in numerous renewable energy projects all over the world including e.g. in China, Egypt and Saudi-Arabia.

GeoBlu is duly registered in Hungary and operates as a limited liability company registered with a subscribed capital of HUF 150,000,000.
