Train the Learner: Private Courses Provider Looking for Funding

The funding is for setting up the following in my project: Training and education center, equipment, setup an E-learning center and a Support center.

I am trying to establish as many training & education centers from basic application training to advanced higher, further & tertiary education at as many cities and countries as possible, creating well developed and equipped professional individuals for the work environment and further the knowledge of currently working individuals and corporate employees.

Products and services I plan on offering: Microsoft Applications education & training from basic to advanced level. As part of an in-house service I plan on offering a refresh course within three months of completion to re-attend and within the three month period free support for all applications trained, thereafter a basic fee will be charged as I also plan on incorporating a 24/7 support center to assist in this service to my clients.

Target Market: A well planned structure as I plan on targeting individuals & corporate environment which will increase daily, monthly & yearly sales.

Status & Progress of this project: Currently seeking funding to set-up & start this process.

This project has different timelines as all Microsoft Applications have different levels of training.

Funding Needs: Currently I seek a minimum of $50 000 USD to get this project started.

Offering to the Potential Investor: Debt and or Equity paid back over an agreed period including the necessary and basic interest rate.

Since I plan on incorporating a training & tertiary education center I have universities & tertiary institutes as competitors, but what makes this project different is that I plan on offering quality education at reasonable and affordable fee, unlike involving parents in taking up huge study loans with high interest rates; for the corporate environment I believe they can pay for their employees as this is part of 'skills Development' projects every company must have!

All my projects are unique, I firstly plan on setting this project up and further proceed. I have many different exciting and profitable projects that will have a big impact world-wide which will benefit both my investors and my company, its projects and what we have to offer to the world.

There is a demand for this project. I myself have been out in the field and know the market. There are also many countries which have invested the education needs in their societies and concluded that higher education is in demand, but many cannot simply afford it. After I have put my project together I can comfortably say that I can offer quality education at a reasonable fee.

I will be making money out of this simply because I plan on offering daily, weekly, monthly & yearly courses. Other market players as per my research are simply out for the quick buck! If one has this kind of attitude, long term you will lose all your customers. I’d rather sell a product even $1 cheaper because I know the customer will return. I have over 15 years of experience in this business and have extensive knowledge of how to operate it successfully.

The funding I require from you is for setting up the following in my project:
1) Training & Education Center
2) Equipment
3) Setup an E-Learning Center
5) Setup a support Center
6) Lease business premises

Should any potential investor be interested in my project and is able to finance my projects for either the minimum or required amount, I would prefer paying this back over a 5 year period and a fair interest rate as per agreed with the potential investors.

Should the potential investor agree with an equity investment with my company, I am willing to offer an agreed % share of my company. I am in search of either a hands-on investor or a silent investor.

I agree to either pay the investment / finance on a monthly or yearly basis as per the request of the potential investor.
