Our Seafood company is starting up its Real Estate Branch and is now looking for funding. With this funding we will buy off a 3 X executive apartment which is fully tenanted. It offers a monthly return of $7,413.26 USD per unit. I need the funding by the 30th of October 2012. This will leave the Investor with a Monthly return of around 20%.
Due to the Multi-Billion Exxon Mobil Project and the influx of skilled and semi-skilled workers into the country, our company is taking stock of this opportunity and gives its clients the best accommodation available in the CBD area.
Our company has been providing customers with the finest premium quality seafood for the last 3 years. The business is primarily wholesale to its major customer, Nation Wide Catering with Lihir Gold Limited. We purchase seafood directly from the local fishermen and contacts in Rabaul and Kokopo, Papua New Guinea. This allows us to pick from the finest selection of seafood available anywhere. This is a 5% increase over last year and we estimate that we will have additional customers next year with regards to the Exxon Mobil Multi-Billion LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) in the Kutubu area of Papua New Guinea.
Through its diversification business activity we now plan to start up a Real Estate entity of our Business organization. In this start up project, our company is in the process of acquiring the Boroko Hill Executive Apartment with a worth of 5.2 Million PGK in Port Moresby.
Real Estate is now a thriving business here in Port Moresby because of the LNG Gas boom. We are taking stock of this opportunity. With this executive facility, we will bring our commitment of quality, high standard Executive Apartments with competitive rental rates to our major customers and the public. The Executive Apartment is now fully tenanted and this will really help in the loan repayment process to any Financial Institution that gives us a loan.
The planned Real Estate expansion will cost USD3,000,000. Additional service staff will be hired to assist customers and tenants. The owner of the company will invest PGK60,000 in the expansion and also secure a USD3,000,000 loan. Due to the involvement of the compay in the Multi-Billion LNG project here in Papua New Guinea, we have experienced real growth.

Because Rental Fees are very high here in PNG, we can make a lot of returns over a short time frame. The influx of people within and outside the country has drastically increased. I have a lot of experience in this business and will make the best out of it.
