My wife and I are business owners - Residenza Dutzu **** - a small charming inn. You can buy at the price announced (1.900.000 EURO) two properties (two buildings) which have a common courtyard and one separate and very important a stable business.

1. Business, ranked at 4 stars by the Tourism Ministry is a boutique hotel and has one apartment with terrace and five rooms furnished with the best quality type KARE DESIGN (Germany), finishing and excellent facilities in accordance with the classification. The rooms are on first floor.

The ground floor has Reception, bar and restaurant consists of three rooms, one nonsmokers room and two smokers rooms.
