Timeframes: 4-year payback of the project, which consists of the following steps.
a) Purchase and registration of the farm - 2-3 months
b) Repairment and rehabilitation - 4-5 months
a) Preparation of the first products - 17 -18 months after the start
g) Exit to the planned capacity - 24 months
e) Return of investment - 44 months (3,7 years)
e) Return of investment including taxes - 48 months (4 years)

By invested funds: total project cost is 52 million rubles, which consists of the following components.
a) 10 000 000, purchase and repair of buildings and structures, and also adjacent areas
b) 21 000 000 - Equipment
a) 18 000 000 - working capital (sows, salary, food, fuel, etc.)
Investment needed - up to 10 million rubles. Further, perhaps a loan.

The yield is:
a) The annual trading revenue after reaching full production capacity will reach 54.432 million rubles
b) The annual expenses amount will be 25.158 million rubles
Income of the company without tax costs after reaching full production capacity will reach 29 million rubles.
Annual income of the enterprise, taking into account tax expenses, after reaching full production capacity will reach 27 million rubles.

What is already done: we made a business plan, found a possible place to organize the production, held initial talks with equipment suppliers, broodstock, search personnel on the ground alleged organization of production, feed and with potential buyers of products.
