International public organization "Center for Human Development" proposes the creation of anti-drug rehabilitation center in Western Siberia.

We are attempting to establish a center with the involvement of specialists in alternative medicine, hypnologist, masters of spiritual practices.

At the present time in our country is an urgent problem of drug addiction among youth. Drug treatment does not always work completely recovery from this terrible addiction.
