Investment Project for Art Studio and Shop for Interior Design Items

A studio for hand-made gifts, decoration, mosaics and paintings will be opened in Rostov-on-Don, southwestern Russia. The studio will have a café and a store.

The city of Rostov-on-Don does not have good office supplies, so there is a problem in the creation of interiors. The city is developing too slow. My idea is to fill this gap by developing a creative studio for children and adults, which will also produce gifts and decorations and will double up as a café.

The hand-made products will be available for sales in Russia: mosaics, paintings, gifts, toys. The studio will also teach courses in art, painting, dance, and music. It will also help in establishing contacts with other cities and developing marketing communications.

A workshop and a downtown studio are needed. The studio could even produce cartoons and advertisement and stage art exhibitions. Everything at the store will be unusual.
I have experience in Moscow and plan to roll out the project gradually, not immediately. Schools and educational courses will generate revenue for the project. I can provide further information upon request.
