We are going to open a production company for processing of polymer waste into cheap building materials in Krasnodar Territory.

Brief description of the project

The project is in the initial phase of four technologically complete lines of integrated processing of polymer waste into finished products, used primarily for roofing and land improvement.

The project goal: improving of the environment in the region and expanding the range of construction materials market with such products as polymer-sand roof tiles, front decorative panels, paving slabs and bricks, sewer hatches, etc.

The projected outcome of the project is a modern enterprise that can process up to 200,000 tonnes of polymer waste a year, coming from the waste sorting facilities and industrial enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory.

The main advantage of production - processing of virtually all types of thermoplastic polymer waste, regardless to their degree of contamination, and without further purification.

The location of production – there is a preliminary analysis on the production sites in the Kuban in region of Slavyansk - Temriuk. A small distance from the landfills coast, proximity to sand pits, the area is not included in the category of resort.

The amount of attracted investments - 38 million rubles. The initial tranche - 20 million rubles for the organization and establishment of the enterprise, and the second tranche - 18 million rubles to increase the capacity of the enterprise.
Project duration - 3 years.

Payback period - 1,9 years, in the calculation of the four production lines. There are calculations of cash flow per months.

The production is environmental friendly and wasteless!
Completeness of the project - a business plan, drawn up feasibility studies, cash flow for 2 years, the schedule start of the enterprise. The preliminary talks about distribution in Moscow and Sochi were held. The work of operating enterprise in Russia was analyzed. We have a team for the project realization.
