An investment proposal for construction of a chain of comfortable mini eco-hotels on the shores of Lake Baikal. The first eco-hotel will be built in 12 months at a location with a high tourist flow for nine months of the year.

The project for the first hotel already exists and the plot is ready for construction. Investments are needed for the first hotel.
With a utilization at full capacity for 10 months/year, the payback period will be 2.5 years after the launch of operations. Detailed description is in the presentation.
