The island belongs to one of my relatives and has a 230 m2 old house and a beautiful beach. As you know, here in Canary Islands we have one of the best weather in the world, all year long.
La Alegranza island is protected as natural park from our government, so there is nothing we can do about it.
The only thing new owner can do is to refurnish the house there, no much more.
