Investor Wanted for a Well-Established Swiss Electronic Company

I'm looking for an investor for my client, a very innovative, international Swiss company involved in production and distribution of Mobile Devices.

The electronic company has a focus on production & distribution of E-book readers & secure smartphones, and enjoys an exceptional market acceptance and excellent product unique selling propositions.

I support several companies in raising capital and have this very attractive offer in my portfolio, which I would like to present to investors.

Company facts:
• Sales plan 10/13-10/14 approx. 12 million CHF, EBIT plan 10/13-10/14 approx. 3.5 million CHF.
• International partnerships, e.g. with Microsoft!
• Major customer for Migros AG
• Branch offices: Germany, Switzerland, United States & China
• 40,000 St. institutional customers (operators, distributors, resellers)

Conditions: Purchase of a share package of 20% of the company shares for $ 3 million or a loan amount of € 3 million with an interest rate of 8% per annum (runtime 2-5 years, annual pay-out). A lower loan amount is of course also possible.
