3.Business project is going to be carried out by professional purposeful team leaded by business partner and general manager, author of present business project. Our team has been working on this project since the idea creation. Managing team consists of general manager (managing business partner) and his subordinates:
-hotel manager (general manager’s spouse, currently graduating from “Hotel and restaurant management” university department);
-restaurant manager (at present director of a profitable restaurant in Dniepropetrovsk);
-creative manager (has 5-year experience of organizing mass entertaining events);
-development manager (has been working as a leading PR manager in a large corporation for 7 years);
-security manager (has 20-year experience of work in state anti-criminal organizations);
-chief accountant (has been working as a chief accountant in author’s companies for 12 years)
4.We have carried on preliminary negotiations with city and region governing bodies about support of this project on all stages.
5.Ukrainian State has issued a law about immunity from taxation for hotels that start work before 01.09.2012 for the period of 10 years.
