Limited-Edition Haute Couture Designer Collection Seeks Investor

I am looking for an investor who can help me launch my label brand. I have been working with a tailor in London to help me construct the collection.

The brand will produce ready-to-wear (RTW) womenswear focusing on both evening daywear dresses and casual wear pieces. The collection will consist of a minimum of 6- 12 pieces. The essence is classic cutting, styling and strong design.

Styles can be worn by a range of women in the mass market consumer group.

The collection will generate awareness and sales by utilizing PR tactics and the referral networks of personal stylists and celebrities. Additionally, the collaboration will target our customer base by obtaining mentions and reviews in the top fashion publications including Elle, Cosmopolitan and WeAr magazine where contact has already been established.

The aim of the collection will be to sell wholesale to boutiques and department stores, starting with the London and UK market and then expanding internationally to Paris, New York, Japan and India.

Also, the collection will be targeted at retail markets such as Selfridges, Harrods, Debenhams, House of Fraser and John Lewis.

I believe my brand idea is fresh and current and will attract allot of attention with the right amount of money invested to market it properly.

My garments are modern, trendy and just as good if not better as the leading designers that are successful today. I believe my brand will sustain in the market as I have so many ideas to bring to the table to keep the brand alive.

I will be having a look book available for the wholesaler to purchase in bulk from and I will devote special attention to bringing media attention to the label in order to generate more sales. My collections will be presented on my site alongside my exclusive pieces and I could also apply to London fashion week to get noticed there too.

I have great passion for creating, I have been developing my brand for a few years now, I research the market almost every day for fresh ideas and inspiration, and I also follow celebrity trends and styles to be updated on what is selling in the market. From this I have been producing sketches for the garments I believe will sell in the current market.

Ivor Nylander (Nylander couture) who is based in London has been creating my twols ready to make the sealed sample garments. Through his experience in the industry he has built strong relationships with Buyers from various stores, who will be interested in him introducing a new label. He also has been working with factories and sampling units through his career both in London and abroad, which provides him with a strong network of manufacturers.

Ivor has a directory of good fabric suppliers in the USA, Paris, and London, who are able to source necessary fabrics and trimmings to help produce the collections.

The investment is needed to finish off producing my collection ready to launch with look book, swing tickets, hangers, bags, and etc., and also for few exclusive garments to get VIP to wear in order to attract attention to the brand name. I would also need finance to get my website created.

I am looking for either a hands on investor if he/ she thinks they can help develop the brand idea more for a share to be negotiated or a silent partner.

I am open to offers on what amount will be initially invested. The minimum is however £24,000.

After selling at a wholesale price of £200 for 1 dress approx. 2000 pieces the Gross Profit after the first year will be £208,000. Annual Gross Profit is projected to grow from £208,000 in the first year to over half a million by Year 3. This is just an estimate for 1 dress design and I have a lot of designs on paper ready and waiting to be made.
