INTRODUCTION
My home town Rangpur is now a divisional city of Bangladesh. Development is taking place in every corners of this town. New offices are opening and creating new job opportunities. People are coming here from across the country and abroad. As they are foreigners to the city, they do not have their own house here and are looking for houses for rent. But a problem is arising in this sector. Rangpur doesn’t offer big housing apartments for rent. Therefore, people are crowding in family houses, and experiencing too many problems in terms of privacy and convenience.
Building many multi stories apartment complexes is the only solution for this housing problem and it needs to be implemented in a hurry. I have a 6 decimals land in the heart of Rangpur town. If funding is available, I can build a 6 story apartment housing complex in this land. If every floor of this building, except ground floor consists of 4 units, there will be 20 flats available to be given for rent to 20 families. We will be the pioneer in commercial housing sector in Rangpur.
Not everyone in our country has a motorcar they have motorcycle. So we will be able to start a grand book stall & stationary shop in the front half of the ground floor. All types of academic & stories books will be available here. As Rangpur is an education hub with newly started University, Medical, Dental & Technical colleges; there are great chances of earnings in this sector too.
Rationale for the deal
ME & MY TEAM
I will be the main person to perform and lead the project. I worked as a banker for 10 years.
My father, who was also a banker, will be with me in this project.
My brother in law (sister’s husband), who is my neighbour and owner of a 5 stories building, will give every support to make this project a success.

Opportunity for the investor
My investor/loan provider will get 11% interest per year on the principal amount. The full 6 decimals land with the apartment building we will give mortgage to the investor. Loan duration period will be maximum 10 years.
There is no chance to fail in this project. I have confidence enough to go with it. Now I need an investor, who will have trust in me, as I believe international investment depends on trust and faith. What can I tell about myself?
