Investment Opportunity in the Tourism Sector (Hotel) in Bhutan

I am a Mumbai-based professional, and together with my associate in Bhutan I have a 3-star hotel in Bumthang. We are looking for an investor on a FDI partnership basis.

In addition to the hotel we also have some ideal lands in acres in the best prime areas in the beautiful Switzerland-like place of Bumthang. We would like to use these lands for further expansion of our hotel.

Since our hotel is a 3 - star hotel registered with the Tourism Council of Bhutan, we are already getting a tax holiday for 10 years.

Bhutan is a great tourism destination, and tourism is a governmentally-backed sector. The overall country's economy is growing rapidly in the recent years.

We already have the running hotel and the land needed for its expansion.

We are looking for investment in the range of $700,000 in either debt or equity.
