1000 Hectares of Agricultural Land for Rent for up to 25 Years

We have 1000 hectares of arable farm land in Bulgaria available for rent. We want to rent all the land or part of it, or we can do a joint venture.

To rent land in Bulgaria is currently cheaper than in all other countries in Europe. The prices are also competitive on the global market.

The fertility of the land is very high.

The costs are relatively low.

Furthermore, working in the Agriculture is directly subsidised by the European Union because Bulgaria is a member of the EU.

Every year the world population rises by 80 million people and the land is a constant, which brings big concerns about food supply. Since 1850 to now the world population has risen from 1 billion to 7 billion people. Hence, the market for agricultural/food products is continuously growing.

We want to rent all the land or part of it, or we can do a joint venture with a partner with a good know-how in exchange for equity.
