Investment in a Running and Operational 3.5 MW Solar Power Plant

The power plant started working in February this year. In order to acquire 100% of the shares of this power plant we are looking for funding.

My company located in Sofia, Bulgaria is specialized in renewable energy sources since 2010.
We are interested in purchasing a completed solar power plant near Sofia with capacity of 3.5 MW and estimated price of 9 500 000 EUR (12 000 000 US dollars) including ownership of the land. The average income per year from this plant is 1 200 000 EUR (1 500 000 US dollars) based on the contract that the power plant has with the electric company for term of 20 years.

The main advantage of the project is the capacity of the solar power plant: 3.5MW. That ranks it the second or third biggest power plant in Bulgaria, which doesn’t leave much for competitors.

The power plant has power purchase agreement signed on 08.12.2011. The agreement has a term of 20 years that started on 08.12.2011. With that agreement the electric grid operator is obligated to buy the electricity produced for the term of 20 years.

Aquiring 100% of the shares of the solar power plant.
If possible, financing in one round is preferred.

I am looking for debt financing, with terms according to the investor. I'd prefer the following conditions:
• Debt : 12,000,000 USD
• Interest per year : 5-8%
• Repayment period : 15-20 years
