Investment Project for Sport Social Network

This investment project is for sport social network, members are real users that do sport and have real teams, the can create events, comment statuses, send messages, make friends, find places to sport in their area, upload images, get list of tournaments. We want to make it global - multilanguage, make international tournaments for amateur sports.

Currently it is done just for amateur football in Bulgaria. We have plans to make it for all kind of sports and if we find investors to make it Global – Multilanguage network, with users – sports from all over the world. The project includes:
- Creating personal profile
- Creating team profile
- Finding a friends and add them to your network
- Commenting and sending messages to your friends
- Posting offers for selling sport articles or just finding the right opponent
- Creating an event for your team – and invite members of your team to Accept it or Decline it
- Etc.
The project is LIVE from september 2010 and we have more than 500 users and around 100 teams.
We are targeting all over the ages – from amateur to professional players – 16-80 years old.
Our company is based in Sofia, from end of last year and we had also an online marketing portal. We are currently 4 people with .NET development experience, SEO skills, WEB 2.0 techniques, etc.
We are Web Site of 2010 in Bulgaria for Social network, and win a 2nd place on elevator pitch on StartUp conference in Bulgaria (just 6 projects from more than 20 succeed).
Profits that can be made from MyTeam are:
- Tournaments Advertisement - big companies
- CPM/CPC – online marketing
- Social events and community events
- Branding of pages – online marketing
- Cross selling – get discount from sport shop and make it as a coupon in MyTeam – like that user get the price off and the partner gets the customer
