We are a Bulgarian company from the city of Russe, dealing with metal constructions and we want to grow our company in a construction one.

Due to the increased demand for new residential buildings, we decided to start building family houses with a metal skeleton covered with drywall materials, a relatively new method for Bulgaria. We have experience with building several restaurants in this way. We are looking for an investor for building a complex of six family houses in one block.

-Purchase of urban building plot - Е 90 000;
-Design of the building and all construction documents and permits - Е 6000;
-Сonstruction of the building with a gross floor area of 900 m2 - E 450 000;

Overall loan amount - 10 % for year and a half;
