Assets, as Real Estate, owned by Revival, for Sale, together with the business are : Facilities restaurant and reception (180 m2), SPA (140 m2 underground), Swimming pool with openable covering for summer/winter (70 m2); Maintenance service areas (700 m2).
As result of the operative management of "Four Leaf Clover", there are three main sources for income:
1/ Rendering tourist accommodation 100 studios/apartments
2/ Managing Facilities Restaurant, SPA and other tourists services
