Produced by a long established privately owned firm in Italy, the range of packaged and branded products includes single and family sized pasta, risotto and finger dishes including traditional recipes such as Spaghetti classici al pomodoro and lasagne, as well as unique dishes such as Bocconcini di pollo con prosciutto e piselli. All product confirms to and holds international certification BRC Global Standard, IFS Food Standard, UNI ISO 22000:2005 and UNI ISO 14001:2004 – EMAS.

Sold through direct distribution or through franchise, the brand is targeted at the middle and professional classes in major conurbations who wish to experience new, quality, international cuisine in a convenient and easy to prepare form. The product is branded as a ‘luxury’ and different international choice. Sales channels include supermarkets (frozen food) and convenience stores located in business parks and city centres (ready meals and finger food). The company supplies fridges to points of sale.
