We are a distributor of premium sports and apparel brands in China with sales channel contacts in 500 department stores and 2,000 regional retail outlets.

We are looking to raise capital to finance our expansion.

We started business in 2005 as an agency firm for leading international outdoor sports apparel brands such as The North Face and L.L.Bean. We were providing retail channel development, PR and event services. We helped these brands build a presence in China and open more stores. During this period as an agency for international brands, we developed wide-ranging and stable business contacts with over 500 department store buyers and 2,000 regional retailers in a number of Chinese cities. Our industry expertise is in sports, fashion, apparel and accesessories.

We have revised our business strategy and since January 2010 we are an aggessive distributor only of international premium brands which are suitable for retail in China. We have already locked several brands from France and Australia and are in negotiation with other brand owners to sign a China-wide distribution contract.
