Manufacturer of Mortarless Concrete Blocks is Looking for Investor

Our company will manufacture mortarless concrete blocks. We hold exclusive production rights for our product in the Dominican Republic. The funding is for equipment.

I have been working on this project for two years. We have customers waiting on us. We can be in production in 90 days. Dominican Economy is growing at 14%. We are seeking investors to make this project happen.

As well as mortarless concrete blocks we will provide concrete stamping and staining. We can make custom concrete stamps, along with standard stamps. We will add landscape blocks and pavers as the business grows.

Our team will offer engineering assistance and technical support for all projects. We will also provide training on product capabilities and improved construction methods. Using reduced projections the ROI will be less than 4 years.

The one common complaint from all of my meetings with engineers and developers is that available blocks are of poor quality. For every construction project is made with concrete blocks, we will make the best. Our blocks will save 20% on the cost of wall construction.

I have made several trips to the Dominican Republic. I have secured a manufacturing site; raw materials supply, set up a sales force, and retained an attorney. We have several customers ready to go. The funding amount of $178,000 is for equipment, site preparation, and 6 months operation capital.

The additional $98,000 is for grinding equipment to allow us to make our own sand. This also can be a revenue stream.

Our company is in a very good position. There are no quality block makers in our target market. The best available is over 50 miles away. We will manufacture a two block system that interlocks both horizontal and vertical. Our blocks will be manufactured to an exact size and with a stronger mix design. This system can be used for any size structure both below and above grade.

There is no mortar between the courses allowing for a 20% savings on mortar and up to 10 times faster construction while using non-skilled labour. We are the only mortar less block manufacturer in the country. The specifications for the moulds are so exact that without them the system cannot be copied. A mould cannot be made from a block.

The company will be the only manufacturer of this product in the entire country. We are not re-inventing the wheel, just making it better. Our system will be stronger, faster, and cheaper.

Our first plant is located on the North Coast. We have other sites available, which will allow expansion from the North Coast to the capital of Santo Domingo.
