Our Company has implemented an integrated healthcare system that is unique in the Caribbean, Latin and Central America. This system consists of methodologies that reduce healthcare costs, provide healthcare accessibility, create jobs, improve family lives and
encourage a healthy living life style.

Rationale for the deal

Our company will manage 2 properties in the Dominican Republic, with over 1600 luxury rooms, and a concept worth approximately US$250 Million in 2 years.

Our main objective to construct this project will not benefit us only, but also fulfill a need to diversify the revenue stream on which the island of La Hispaniola, depends on. The project will create jobs and help people improve their living standards.

Use of financing

We will use a combination of bank guaranty with monetization, short loans, and equity investment to fund the project. We estimate initial startup costs and expenses of $1 to 8 Million USD.

On this stage we are looking for an interested investor to support us in purchasing the properties.

Opportunity for the investor

We are offering a 2% permanent share in the new company Le Mirage in Dominican Republic with voice in the board committee.

You can expect a return on investment 18,2 to 19%, after the complex is stabilized in year five (5) and 16,8% after year ten (10) as indicated in the detailed feasibility study. The return on investment will be paid at the end of each period.
