Gold Mining Business Looking for Small Investment to Expand

The purpose for seeking an investor for my business is to expand my Gold production output. Two months will be required before the first returns can be paid.

I am looking for a minimum investment of USD $100,000 @ 10% ROI per month or an investment of USD $500,000 @ 25% ROI per month. We can always change the time line for the investment from 3 months to 5 years, base on the investor.

I have already invested just over USD $2.5 Million in it. The clams is in operation and production is in progress. Proof can be provided as the receipts and volume of ounces of Gold produce on a monthly basis are reported to the Government of Guyana, being the Guyana Gold Board. And other documentation available.

I am willing to work with the Investor given we have the same common goals and interested in a long term relationship and both parties are comfortable with our partnership. At the end of the day, "Money will always come and go, relationship is what will last".

I will be able to make money through controlling the cost of production and selling at high prices to foreign buyers.

Breakdown of Investors Funding Use:

• Fuel & Transportation: 70%
• Security: 15%
• Administration: 10%
• Float: 5%

Hands on or Silent Investor - it doesn’t matter.
We are looking for an investment in the amount of USD $100,000.
We will need 2 months grace period to put the equipment in place, prepare the land, etc. after that we will be able to offer the investor 10% or USD $10,000 per month for 6 months to a year. Investors will choose their preferred arrangement.

In case of the maximum investment we are offering 25% returns on a USD $500,000.
