We take care of end-to-end event management in campus recruitment. Applications are invited online and sorted according to the criteria. Multiple colleges are brought together under pooled campus concept. Admission to the venue is controlled using a barcode based hall ticket system. Tests are conducted to screen the candidates. Evaluation mechanism is based on OMR based answer sheet. This reduces the time consumed in paper evaluation.

Our competitors don't have a fully automated system in place for the same concept. We already have a solid website and network of colleges in place. We have successfully conducted 8 events within the first 6-month of our company launch. This proves our competitiveness. Our existing clients will be able to provide their feedback.

Opportunity is in the vast pool of fresh talent available in India. 90% of the engineering students don't get a placement opportunity in their campuses. We charge a nominal registration fee from the students. Clients will be charges on per hire basis. Hiring fees is based on the salary a company is offering to the student.
