The purpose of this business plan is to raise INR 10, 000, 00 for the expansion of a Personal Process Outsourcing Service (“PPOS”) venture, while showcasing the expected financials and operations over the next three years.

Netelity Domestic Services Private Limited (“the Company”) is a Mumbai based corporation that will provide more than 100 services like grocery and vegetables shopping services, banking services, outsourced travel arrangements and other personal support services like handyman services, substitute driver and maid to its retail customers and corporates in its targeted market (Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai) under the brand name of EasyLife.

The Company was founded in 2010 by Prasanna Hegde. Currently EasyLife has more than 200 customers in the target market and presently offers only utility bills payment service.

Products and Services
The Company intends to provide its individual and business subscribers with a plethora of services including personalized shopping, transportation arrangements, relocation services, gift ordering & delivery, chartered transportation, floral services, buying of entertainment tickets, arranging events, and other services that are frequently demanded by this demographic.

The Company will generate revenue from two sources. First, the Company will have subscribers pay a monthly fee-depending on the service package they choose-in exchange for having access to the Company’s “menu of services”. Ad hoc services will be provided on a “flat fee per service availed” basis.

Second, the business will add a minimal surcharge on all arrangements made by EasyLife to subscribers. This is a sliding scale, and certain services/products will be excluded from the surcharge pricing schedule. The third section of the business plan will further describe the services offered by the EasyLife.

The Financing
The Company is seeking to raise INR 10, 000, 00 as a startup investment either through stake sale or by way of loan. The interest rate and loan agreement are to be further discussed during negotiation. This business plan assumes that the business will receive a 2 year investment with a 15% fixed interest rate.
