Web Development Company with 300+ Clients Looking for Funding

I am looking for investors to grow my web development company based in Bangalore India. We are a team of 18 members planning to become a100 seater in next 12 month.

We are looking for expanding our office and manpower and plan to make it 100-seater in next 12 months. We are forced to think on it due to heavy orders we are getting from clients locally for al there online services, branding, and software development. Presently we have delivered 300+ web development projects and our clients are spanning more than 7 countries, India being major Hub.

I am planning to give away 30% stake for $200,000. And most of the funds would be for incorporating company to next level, upgrading infrastructure, training/recruiting manpower, branding of the company, purchase of software etc.

There are so many in the same field but none like us. So we can assure you at least 20 % return on the investment from 1st year itself as we are making profits from few months. There is a huge potentiality still left in local markets, which is not captured by the companies here so we want to the “Numero Uno” company in same field for domestic market as well overseas.
