Investor Needed for Expansion of Computer Hardware/Software Company

We are seeking an investor/s who could invest INR 30L to 50L in two payments and join the board of directors of our company.

The amount included is a buffer amount and may not cross more than 35L.
We have an offshore development center ready for operations with an initial investment of 45L. Currently, we are working for UK, Switzerland, and USA clients.

Our reputed client in USA has personal contacts with major government agencies in USA, Brazil and Canada and can procure major government and law projects to the company. In this regard, we had a brief discussion with him, and as suggested by him, we are planning to hire him as a board of directors member who will represent us before USA, Brazil and Canada firms and will use his influence to get us projects and even a stable offshore team association. My client is a high profile lawyer working for major international government agencies and has contacts with agencies that plan deals with outsourcing to India.
