This project is about an inbound process defined by an established organization that shall facilitate technical support unified into a cloud based computing procedure.
This project is about providing BPO services to an organization undersigned to meet its process outsourced through a technology based computing system. This can facilitate in the long run to cater into multiple processes viz. Telecommunication, Banking and Insurance, Windows tech support, laptops, computers and application support etc.
In today’s world call centers are ranked high in terms of revenue generation and have immensely emerged as the best communication protocol to bridge the gap between the business and the customer/end-user.
In our model, management parameters have been defined carefully to meet process requirements to 90% SR. We need revenue to define and set up a cloud based architecture that will fetch us maximum efficiency with 99% call handling accuracy.
The project contract is for one year and can be extended for unlimited time depending upon performance parameters. We are also in pipe line of acquiring processes with a few more domestic/international clients that can be merged with an extended architecture.

Management Process: $ 10000
This project is defined on number of agents designated with per hour per head per day cost. Billing is on monthly basis.
The investors shall be offered 10% of the capital amount invested with a payback period of 3 months. The investor can still avail the above benefit till the completion of project after payback.
