Structure:

INTRODUCTION:
This facility is structured in such a way that the 50% of the amount of the total investment will be invested in Government Securities or Bank Deposit in the name of Investor for the period of 10 years. And remaining 50% of the investment will be utilized in the Magnum Opus Residential Tower, Mumbai.

For example:
Total investment amount: Rs.60000000.00 INR
Fund to be invested in government securities/bank deposit: Rs.30000000.00 INR
Fund to be utilized for the project: Rs.30000000.00 INR

Of this facility, one half portion Rs.30000000.00 INR, ie. 50% of the total
investment of Rs.60000000.00 will be retained at the time of funding and applied to 10 years term deposit on the name of the investor to create sinking fund that will grow double over a period of 10 years, to the total investment amount at the end of 10 years: thereby repaying the total/principle amount.

The remaining 50% of the gross amount, Rs.30000000.00 will be utilized as the start-up for the project.

NOTE: Hence the project is not required to repay the total amount; but as
corollary, it is required to service the gross amount by paying the interest on it for all the 10 years.
