Debt/Equity Investment Needed for Developing a Solar Park and Plant

We already developed 1.2 MW solar plant near Hyderabad in Telangana. Looking for further investment to expand by developing 50 MW solar park and solar plant as well.

Our company has successfully established and is running a 1.2 MW solar power plant near Hyderabad in Telangana. We want to further expand by first developing a solar park followed by a solar plant of 50 MW with a long term PPA arrangement.

The company already acquired 200 acres of land with high irradiation and close to a 220 kv sub station for power evacuation. Local liaison isn't an issue and all Govt approvals and permissions would be taken care by the company.

Initial investment of USD 666666 needed for land layout development and laying of evacuation power lines to sub station. Later investment of total USD 66666666 would be needed to set up 50 MW solar planting the same solar park.

Suitable land with good irradiation and close by to 220 kv sub station for easy power evacuation is in place. We are already having experience in the field from setting up a successfull power plant. Good liasioning relationships. The company is into multiple sectors with a good profit and track record.
