Rationale for the deal

Looking at the current market senerio, the cost of extraction to freight loading is near about 50 % of the present market price of coal, hence profit on investment is guaranteed. The target markets are domestic (Within NE India), West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Bihar, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, neighboring country Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. The coal available in NE India being Steam/Thermal Coal, is targeted to industries such as Power Plants, Brick Chambers, Paper Industries, Tea Industries, Cement Industries, etc. Coal plays a vital role in electricity generation worldwide. Coal-fired power plants currently fuel 41% of global electricity. In India itself 68 % of electricity is produced by coal fired power plants. A major percentage of NE Coal is supplied to brick chambers in (Basirhat (WB), Ghaziabad (UP), Punjab, Orissa, etc. and Cement Industries in Assam and Meghalaya (TopCem, Surya, Bokajan, CMCL, Adhunik, Taj, Barak Cement are the major players in NE India)

We are offering Percentage Profit Sharing in these projects in return for the (depending upon the status of the project) funding of the project through exploration to development. This offer is in profit sharing basis with investor's major percentage. Less gradient terrain makes the site easy for extraction and transportation. Future scope for enhancement of the project is also available if so desired.
