Since the facilitiy will be accessable all year round, it will attract crowds from domains for which its constituted for. International federations like rugby and football would pay a huge amount of money to promote their sports among developing nations.

I am an architect with specialization in sport and entertainment sector and I see this project as my dream, the extent of funding will obviously depend on the scope and the capabilities. However this facility will demand a solid investment, but considering the fact that both o2 and Allianz arena, had their ROI in 4 years, it makes this an interesting prospect.
