Engineer Seeking Investor to Start a Multiplex in Hooghly District

Capital investment is required for starting up a 6 screen multiplex with 3D facilities and retail food chain outlets in an entertainment-deprived area.

We will offer the comfort of multiplex at cost of normal theaters. According to the plan the business will start by January 2014. Profits are guaranteed.

The idea is to build a multiplex chain starting with the sector mostly deprived in terms of entertainment in West Bengal, Hooghly. The people here are regular movie goers as shown by a demographic survey, most of the youths travelling long distances to various parts of Kolkata for the pleasure of a comfortable movie experience.

The target would be the age group of 14-35 years which is the highest grossing movie watcher segment in India, and the focus would be at providing an excellent ambience with high quality service and comfortable movie watching experience at the cost of a regular single screen theater.

The area where the multiplex is planned to be built is Srirampur, Hooghly where I myself was born and brought up and so no one knows the area better than I do, and getting things done after the Investment is assured would only be a piece of cake.

The targeted date of commencement is 3rd January 2014 and I therefore expect interested Investors to approach as soon as possible as the project includes high budget machinery and building expenditures as well as huge amount of employed labour.

Once the project is finished and ready to start business I assure the investor to get their capital back within a span of 10 years with a ROI at 8% p.a. (non-negotiable).

There is no other multiplex in Srirampur - this will be the first one and it is a clear advantage that I know well the local market and its needs.

There is huge demand for the service but no supply so far. Furthermore, the business can easily scale up.

Mainly for construction, equipment and labour.
