Hotel, Serviced Appartments and Multiplex For Sale

I am developing a shopping centre here in India which is 5 lac sqft and includes a 4-screen multiplex, a 120 rooms business class hotel, and 60 serviced apartments, which I want to sell.

It is a commercial complex situated 5 kms from the centre of Raipur which is the capital city of Chhatisgarh state. This shopping centre is the highest shopping centre in central India. I am looking to sell the hotel, the multiplex and the service apartments and I'm looking for a serious investor.

I am a real estate developer in Raipur. This project is designed by ddf consultant from Dubai and consists of 300 shops, 400 offices, a business class hotel with 120 rooms, a 4-screen multiplex and 60 serviced apartments.

Our group has huge land bank in this state so we are planning to build 5 malls here. The benefit of this complex is the location which makes it a successful shopping centre.

We are not looking for financer but for a buyer for our shopping centre. Our shopping centre, the area of the hotel, service apartments and multiplex are saleable.

Around 1.5 billion have to be invested to become an owner of these parts in our shopping centre.
