Live Concert with Celebrities Looking for 1 Crore Indian Rupees

I have an entertainment company to carry the business of various types of Event Management in India. The total investment needed is 1.5 crore Indian Rupees.

I am looking for investor who will invest 1CR rupees for a period 4 months. After 4 months we are offering the investor 1.25 CR or 1 CR + 30% profit from the live concert.

We are organizing a live concert in Kolhapur state Maharashtra, India in January 2013
The concert will be of a famous singer and Music director.
A venue is already decided.
We have already words with respective singer and music director.
Our vendor is very experienced, with more than 500 live shows behind him.
The total investment required is 1.5 Crore Indian rupees.
We are looking for funding of 1 Crore Indian rupees for a period of 4 months.
After 4 months will give 1.25 CR or 1 Crore + 30% of profit share to the investor.
The payback period is 4 months.
We have already spoken with sponsors, who have agreed to participate.
We have also words with a TV Chanel to do live telecast of this show.
Our company is new but we have very experienced staff and excellent management team.

The investor is asked to provide 1 crore only.
The investor has the opportunity to get their invested money back very quickly: Payback will be in only 4 months.
Two options are available to interested investors:
1) To get 1.25 CR after the show.

2) To get 1 CR + 30% of the show profit.
We will also be willing to invite the investor to participate in our future projects.
