We wish to produce High Protein Fish meal from the abundant fish resources in the Arabian Sea. Fish meal is in high demand in the Domestic as well as the international market.

The project is extremely profitable because there is a huge supply and demand mismatch which has driven the prices of Fish meal upwards. The ROI could be as less as 18 months to 24 months.

There is no need to search for a market for the product because of high demand. The investor will be provided with profit share or good returns on investment which can be negotiated.

As widely known Peru and Chile form almost 65% of the total production of fishmeal India accounting for 10% and the rest from other parts. Since fishing is highly regulated in Peru and Chile and the raw material highly priced in Peru and Chile it puts India in a very advantageous position in terms of profitability because of the low cost of raw material i.e. fish.

The project has been granted license and the Government has sanctioned land for this purpose near the sea shore ,moreover there is no scope for future licenses being approved since there are some environmental issues with indiscriminate projects. We need additional funding for plant and machinery.
