Integrated Coconut Products Business Expanding to New Location

The business is about manufacturing of coconut products like virgin coconut oil, desiccated coconut, coconut vinegar, coconut water squash etc. We already have one running unit and wish to start operations in a new location.

The virgin coconut oil and desiccated coconut pilot unit is running for the last one year and made sales of 1.5 Cr for last year. The unit has ISO9001 & 22000.

Presently the desiccated coconut and virgin coconut oil products are being sold at a minimum price in order to attract customers and raise interest in large volume sales.

The pricing of all our products will be competitive compared to other manufacturers, because our unit is to make value from all parts of a coconut: From the coconut water we will produce coconut vinegar, squash, and lime flavored juice; From the kernel we will extract Coconut milk and virgin coconut oil; From the flesh we will make desiccated coconut, and from the shell we will get shell charcoal.

We need funding for the expansion of the business but I will start the project as new business in new location. The land acquired for the project is 4 acres. The total investment expected is 5 Cr.

A loan is also agreed the bank. I required fund for the promoters contribution, so to some extend I have the money to start the project. If any investors are interested, please contact us so we can discuss the details in person. We can expect minimum profit of 25%.

We are open for different forms of investment:

If the investor is interested in taking a share in the company, we’d suggest them to provide a loan for the first for one or two year (at an interest) and then convert the same in a share.

Alternatively, the investor can also provide 100% of the amount as loan for one year or another period of time depending on the investor’s preference.

We will also support in case someone is interested to invest capital and take our stockist/distribution.
