We acquired the Master Franchisee rights for Brewberrys Cafe and also have started a Brewberrys Cafe ourselves. This cafe is based in Lavasa, India (www.lavasa.com). Lavasa, near Pune, India is Free India's first Planned Hill City and only one of its kind. And that's just one of the many firsts there.

Set amidst 25,000 acres and a 60-km lakefront, Lavasa is being built to be a city of firsts. It will be the first e-Governed city, the first to have its own City Manager and the first to incorporate Biomimicry and GIS mapping in its Master Plan and set ecological performance standards.

We are now on the verge of starting a Kerala themed QSR in the city of Lavasa. Kerala also known as “God’s Own Country”, is a major tourist destination to many across the world and its cuisine is appreciated for its taste and health orientations. Our research indicated that after leaving Kerala many tourists find it difficult to get a restaurant that serves authentic Kerala food. Based on this research we have conceptualised a QSR that will serve authentic Kerala dishes prepared by chefs from Kerala. After the successful launch of this QSR we plan to open franchisee operations.

We are looking for investors who would bring in about INR 45 lacs (about USD 100,000) into this business and in turn will be offered about 45% equity in this venture. A gross profit of about 40% is indicated. The Outlet will be managed by F & B professionals.

JenJon is run by Professionals with great Management
experience. Both the Directors are MBAs with a combined experience of 30 years between them and have worked for large Indian and MNC organisations in increasingly greater capacities. Apart from F&B, the company has interests in Holiday and FMCG distribution business.
