Investment Project for Opening VETRO Restaurant in Dehradun

VETRO restaurant in Dehradun. The Restaurant will be located in between colleges there would be approx. 1500-1800 students we would be targeting.

There is no eating joint or any good restaurant near that place.
We will have 3 cuisine Indian, Chinese and quickies. As we are targeting students and they have a special inclination towards these cuisine.

Quickies are for students that they can grab and go. The menu is specially made for students and being a hotel management graduate and having worked in hotels I have a good idea that what a student want.
We will also have Tiffin service for students who are staying out of hostel or those who are fed up of mess meal. There would be a rotational menu for tiffin service.

This is a huge profit venture.
An example- we have priced veg tiffin at Rs. 45 and non-veg at 65
Tiffin will contain different items.
If we sell only 100 tiffin a day * avg price 55 = 5500
Restaurant- if we target only 100 meals a day to start.
Average price per meal-RS 60 = 100*60=6000
To start with we can target our sales to be around 10000 RS/day
We have also included home-delivery.
We are three partners and all requirements of fixed assets and all the equipment’s for Kitchen and Restaurant have been decided.
