Organic & Health Food Products Manufacturing with 25 % ROI

We are producing and distributing healthy organic food products. We require funds for machinery, raw materials and marketing until June 2014. Project ROI is 25%.

We are going to produce unique raw chocolates prepared by our special alchemist, special snack made with cacao beans, Israeli organic tahini, raw crackers, cold press oils of different kinds, nut butters etc.

Our targeted market consists mainly of long term residents and short term tourists from all over the world visiting and staying in Goa, a beautiful place in India.

We have done market research to prove that our unique quality products will bring us high end margin profits due to their uniqueness and quality meeting consumer demand.

It is a very long term future next generation business where all the scope and demand is focusing on everywhere due to health and taste awareness our super-foods in organic category.as our products are of daily use.

Since the last 2 years we have invested all of our funds to buy the start-up machinery, raw materials, experimenting, mastering recipes, performing a market research, collecting customer feedback, and then finally acquiring all the required food licenses, inspection documents and rest of the business paperwork.

Now we are expanding on state level instead of having a tie up with only 10 supermarkets and direct customers as during the last 2 years. We have decided toward this step as we have more than enough confidence in our business.

Funding will go towards buying machinery, salary for the staff, raw materials, organic certification, new graphic designs for packaging, and setting up marketing tools for our marketing team.

We are offering 25% annual return on secured debt.
We can also offer 25 % share of the profit from the overall business in case of equity investment.
We need the funds by June 2014 to prepare ourselves fully in advance for the season starting in October 2014.
