We have three main revenue streams:
1. Corporate Orders
Corporate ordering fresh cut fruit / vegetable salad for employees on various occasions or for company sponsored snacks. This is a reasonable profit segment with bulk sales.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
We have a subscription concept wherein a customers pays a fixed sum in advance (depending on the product category they choose) and receive one pack of fresh cut fruit / salad on each working day for a month. This is a high profit but low volume business with daily 70 packs being distributed.
3. Party Orders
We provide ready to eat, hassle free and healthy food option by way of fresh cut fruit / vegetable salads for children parties, small family gatherings, etc. This is a high margin business.
Our business model generates cash from sales on daily basis whilst raw material is sourced on credit basis, so basically this is a negative working capital business.
We are the sole supplier of fresh cut fruit / vegetables in the city of Ahmedabad with population of more than 6 Million. Without any advertisements, we have been able to attract more than 100 customers to opt for monthly subscription. Average age of subscribers is more than 4 months, which reflects we are able to retain our customers to a significantly long period.
