A Unique Internet Site and Service Is Looking for Investor

I intend to start a website which will provide an online service which has an intended reach to ALL internet and related mobile etc. users.

I am an Inventor and have many unique ideas and products to my credit, I have varied experience across many lines including computers. I have been programming computers since 1990.

This is basically a free and better online service of a paid service already on the Internet, this is a service whose time has comes and which will be the next Facebook or Google due to advancement of current technology. Whether I create it or someone else does.

We have purchased the domain and have created the basic coding and fundamentals, however specialized coding is still required, so is creation of a proper team for starting and maintaining this website.

Details of this project cannot be disclosed here and will only be disclosed to proper investors after signing on an NDA.

No competitions as all competitive services are paid while this will be a free and better service.

This has potential for use by ALL internet and related mobile etc. users.

To create the coding still left and start this internet service, after which more funding may be required for the growth phases.

I am interested in an investor who may offer a debt investment or an equity investment of the above mentioned amount that is $20,000 for the seed and start-up. The Investor may choose to guide us or not, and if he does, his guidance will be respected and adhered to, but my decision regarding the business will be final.

I expect the payback and ROI to be very fast, I would like the investment in 4 instalments within four months, i.e. $5000 on day 1, $5000 on day 15, $5000 on Day 60-90 (depending on the project progress), $5000 on Day 90-120 (also depending upon the project progress).
