We are looking for each and every funding opportunity, such as Angel investors, VC funds, sale of business or partnership.

We are from North-East of India, and in October 2012 we launched an eCommerce company starting with categories like mobiles, laptops, electronics, accessories, gift items, etc. North-East of India includes 7 states, and there is huge potential in this market for growth & success. As this area is out of reach for many suppliers, we are planning to keep it as our target market.

Our main target customers will be from North-East India, the seven states, which are out of reach for many companies & brands, who are not selling there their many new launched products, including very useful ones. To reach each corner of the North-East we have tied up with two local trusted courier agencies for delivering our products to the last mile of the region. Our courier partner is fast, reliable and trustworthy too. And to deliver to rest of India we have tie-ups with Blue Dart and we are also in talks with Govt. Speed Post for regions where Blue Dart services are unavailable.

Our revenue generation system is simple, with less expensive and more turnover. The main focus for 2-3 years will be on attracting customers, maintaining profits and developing tie-ups with many leading distributors of brands like Apple, Nokia, Cannon, Nikon, Samsung, Sony etc. and many others. We need not to keep any stock, so the risk of price drops loss is almost nil.

We have already invested almost INR 10 lacs in the project. Investments are in various categories like, trademarks, hosting, portal design & development, online and local advertising, payment gateway, SSL certificates, office rent and furniture, legal fees, registration, salary and other miscellaneous expenses.

Our design, trademarks, talks with distributor are done, SSL certificate is activated, payment gateway is activated and we are finally on air and ready to sell products. We are in process to insert products and sell them on Buylogy.in

We need finance to extend portal and its application development, advertise and grow our customer base keeping the existing and loyal customers too.

We need 3-5 years of time for strongly setup and to pay back our investors with good returns on investments. We better prefer to discuss ROI and other financial parameters personally, with our valuable investors who can trust & guide us in the best possible way.

Competitive Advantage

One of our advantages is that the region we are targeting - North-East India – is our place of origin and residence. Hence, we know this market well and will be able to reach the last mile of it with better promotions of brands, our portal and products, and products and prices we offer. We have competitive advantage over our competition’s couriers.

From more than 6 crores people in this entire region our main targeting customer base will be almost 60 lac people who are gadgets freaks, businessman, industrialist, school and college and school students, online buyers and surfers from this region. Starting with the North-East we will expand towards the whole Indian online customer base to increase our sales, revenues and growth.

In addition to our online store we will also open a local office cum store via which we can engage with our customers and gain local sales too. And we are pretty much sure and confident of success & growth year after year and with good and loyal customer base.

Use of financing

We need finance for:

2. Better infrastructure & office equipment's
3. Better software and technical applications
4. Portal development & mobile apps
5. Call center setup
6. Hiring tech staff like designers, app developer, software engineers, web developers etc.

We are looking for approximately $ 300000 or INR 17500000/- for our growth and development plans.

Our repay mode will be between 3 to 5 years and will be discussed thoroughly with investors. We’d be happy if the investor is willing to bring in their expertise and interest to work with us and guide us.
