We have developed an online portal to provide families with all required products & services under one roof. The project will start in Bangalore and cover India only.

The portal has been developed to provide families (initially, in Bangalore, India) with the required products viz. Groceries, Medicines, Hosieries, and Servicers viz., Plumbing, Electrical, Civil Architect & Engineering & Maintenance, Property Mgmt., Catering, IT related Services, Investments Advice etc. The suggested model is the aggregation of the service providers to offer products or services to the orders placed through our portal by the registered customers. Registration for the customer is free. Personal visits will be made post registration to check the authenticity.

Whatever orders placed by the registered customers will be delivered or attended to or both will be performed under our personal supervision and billing. The revenue stream for our company is by the service providers (not by the customers).

It would be an opportunity for our registered customers to become service providers in their respective field of expertise, too. Whatever our customers’ demand would be, we will bridge the right service provider to fulfil it.

This business has several USPs & Niches. It is more Opex oriented and hardly requires any Capex. Once success is achieved, several other products & services will be introduced and also expanded to other cities within India.

Competitive Advantage

As yet, we weren’t able to identify any competitors in this field in India. We did not find any online portals offering all these products & services to the families.

Our service is distinct in that we allow the customer to take glimpse of the work being carried at their residence while being in their office or any other place away from her/his residence out thru Skype.

Our costs to the customers will be nominal. That is, our charges for products/services would be the same as elsewhere.

We would be the single point contact for our customers.

KYC will be built for monthly follows-up / for any new requirements.

We will give our customers the opportunity to get associated with us to sell those Products/Services they can offer to our other customers.

Finally & most importantly, there is the security aspect. As the provision of product and services goes through our company and we will be the single point of contact, we are going to be the ones accountable, answerable & responsible before our customers.

Rationale for the deal

Our revenue stream will come from our Service Providers in range between 10% & 20%.

The provision of products and services is highly unorganized and unaccountable. Our model is aimed at Higher Middle Income or HNIs Families.

They look for efficient & organized players for them to trust and to deal with. Initial good effort from along with word of mouth will give us the basis for continued orders by the customers.

Once a year there's going to be an event where customers meet to air their views. Thereby they will get to know our other customers and build a community.

Use of financing

1. Business Promotion, Marketing, Advertisement.
2. Small Office with required Infrastructure.
3. Appointment of few Sales & Service Personnel & their Salaries, Travel Expenses etc.

Initial seed capital would suffice to commence the operations. The sales proceeds will be further utilized for at least one year towards Salaries & Other Expenses.
